Privacy

Carlsbad Live, LLC collects the details you type into forms on https://carlsbadlive.com: name, email, phone, event information, and files you upload, such as an insurance certificate or a signature.

Rental, contact, newsletter, and artist submissions are emailed to carlsbadlive@gmail.com. Delivery uses the site mail account when it is configured, and otherwise FormSubmit, which forwards the same submission to that inbox. This site does not store payment card numbers. Newsletter addresses are sent to that inbox until a separate newsletter tool is chosen.

A rental PDF includes a submission ID, timestamp, and IP address. Google Analytics runs only if a measurement ID is configured. The availability calendar is embedded from Google.
