Draft for review
Terms
Generic website terms. Not legal advice. The rental contract, rules, and security policy control a venue rental. Carlsbad Live must review this page.
This website is operated by Carlsbad Live, LLC for the Walter Gerrells Performing Arts & Exhibition Center, 4012 National Parks Hwy, Carlsbad, NM 88220. Show listings can change. Ticket purchases happen on the seller linked from an event, not on this site.
A form submission is a request. It does not reserve a date, confirm a rental, or sign an artist. Carlsbad Live confirms those separately.
Fee calculators are estimates. The final invoice is issued by Carlsbad Live. Venue rental terms are the contract documents, not this page.
