Start a rental contract online. Your date is not guaranteed until the form is executed and signed by a representative of Carlsbad Live, LLC.
Security
As a renter, you may hire any security company of your choosing that meets the requirements. Eleet Investigations & Security is Carlsbad Live’s preferred company. They are already vetted, and their documents are on file. Security is required for any event that serves alcohol. The company stays until the event is over, not only until the bar stops serving. Rates are listed on the security page. You book security only in the rental contract. The details are there.

Insurance requirements must be on file before access to the facility is granted. Private security has to meet New Mexico security law: a licensed company, and a current Level 1, 2, or 3 registration for every guard.
