Your information
Monthly rentals. Continuous monthly rentals, such as monthly safety meetings, are not on this schedule. Please call 833-721-8266 for that pricing.
A rental day. Days run from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. the following day. That is 24 hours.
Exhibition Hall. Rental is $1,000.00 per day. Setup days and teardown days are not discounted. Any day the hall is occupied, for any amount of time, is a full day at $1,000.00. If the event is on Saturday, a Friday setup day is an additional $1,000.00. If Sunday is needed to clean up, that day is an additional $1,000.00.
Auditorium. Rental is $1,000.00 per day. If the event is ticketed, a $3.00 per ticket facility fee applies.
Amenities. A required $75.00 fee for toilet paper, paper towels, and soap is added for every rental day. It is not optional.
Optional, at the end of the contract. Carlsbad Live setup: tables at $5.00 each and chairs at $1.50 each, set and removed. Post-event cleaning is $500.00 for tables, floors, and bathrooms. You still take the trash to the dumpsters and bring the cans back inside. Jukebox rental is $400.00 for 12 hours or $650.00 for 24 hours of continuous play. The 16 ft x 9.5 ft P4 LED video wall is $550.00 for 4 hours, $1,000.00 for 8 hours, or $1,500.00 for 12 hours. You must provide your own media.
Tax and deposit. Carlsbad, NM gross receipts tax is added to the subtotal. A $500.00 deposit, refundable after inspection following the event, is added to the invoice.
Not a confirmed booking. Each contract page stays locked until you scroll through it and initial it. The finished contract is emailed to carlsbadlive@gmail.com.
